3A. Media Content Usage – Video, Audio, and Photography

By participating in any of our film, music, dance, or educational productions — whether as a client, collaborator, student, actor, dancer, freelancer, or service provider — you grant The SK Enterprise and its subsidiaries the full, royalty-free rights to:

  • Record and produce video, audio, and photographic content during activities, sessions, classes, or events.
  • Use, reproduce, edit, and distribute such content on our websites, social media channels, marketing materials, educational platforms, and any other platforms we operate now or in the future.
  • Showcase work for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes globally and in perpetuity.

You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product where your likeness, performance, or content appears.

If you wish to opt out of specific use cases (e.g., face visibility in promotional material), you must notify us in writing before participating in any recorded activity.

3B. Media Recording and Consent

We may capture and process video, audio, and photographs of our users during participation in services, such as:

  • Film shoots
  • Dance or music classes
  • Online lessons and tutorials
  • Virtual or in-person events

The SK Enterprise and its subsidiaries may use these media files for:

  • Marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Educational or training content

  • Portfolio and branding material
